Countries are coming up with legislation and guidelines regulating the use of AI (including generative AI) at a rapid pace. This webinar aims to help organisations develop a strategy to navigate the developing AI landscape, by updating organisations on local and international developments, and analysing the common themes across them, in particular where the emerging legislation imposes obligations on organisations to document the AI development process and disclose certain information publicly. Where appropriate, we will also look at case studies of how organisations are reacting to the legislation (and litigation), such as by agreeing to cover the legal costs for their customers who use their generative AI products if the customers are sued for copyright infringement by third parties.
