Entitled “Rediscovering the Simplicity of Arbitration”, the keynote address reflected on how arbitration, which was initially conceived as a cheaper, quicker means of resolving commercial disputes, marked by speed, affordability, simplicity and practicality, contrasts poorly with what some arbitration looks like today.
