The consideration of Judicial Insolvency Network Guidelines in the context of forum non conveniens analysis 19 Apr 2024 In the recent decision of Three Arrows Capital Ltd and others v Cheong Jun Yoong [2024] SGHC(A) 10, the Appellate Division of the High Court dismissed an application for permission to appeal against a decision of a judge of the General Division of the High Court which dismissed an application to set aside an order for service of proceedings out of jurisdiction and the service of originating claim in the British Virgin Islands.
