Healthcare and Life Sciences Co-Heads Tony Yeo and Benjamin Gaw, together with Competition Law Co-Head Lim Chong Kin, authored two Life Sciences chapters in the Practical Law publication.

One chapter provides an overview on medicinal product regulation and product liability law in Singapore in a Q&A format. Key issues discussed include pricing and state funding, manufacturing, marketing, clinical trials, advertising, labelling, and product recall and liability.

A second chapter provides an overview on pharmaceutical IP and competition law in Singapore. The Q&A addressed key issues including patents, trade marks, competition law, patent licensing, generic entry, abuse of dominance and parallel imports.
