PDPC Takes Action Against 11 Organisations For Breaching Data Protection Obligations

The Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) has issued the Advisory Guidelines on Enforcement of the Data Protection Provisions (Enforcement Guidelines), and announced that it has taken enforcement actions against 11 organisations for breaching their data protection obligations.
