Drew & Napier’s Competition Law & Regulatory Practice Group was invited to provide an overview of Singapore’s merger notification framework in the 2013 summer edition of the American Bar Association International Antitrust Committee Newsletter. 

Amongst other things, the article discusses the information requirements in a merger notification to the Competition Commission of Singapore and the Commission’s treatment of confidential information in the course of a merger notification.
