CCS Awaits Representations on Proposed Price-Fixing Decisions

An update about the Competition Commission of Singapore (“CCS”) issuing two proposed infringement decisions (“PID”) relating to suspected contraventions of section 34 of the Singapore Competition Act (Cap. 50B) (“Act”).
The PIDs, issued to 16 employment agencies and to 11 modelling agencies, foreshadow likely infringement decisions which, if issued, will bring the total number of enforcement actions taken by CCS to six in its five year history.
