We are pleased to announce that our Head of Telecommunications, Media & Technology (TMT), Lim Chong Kin and our Chief Technology Officer, Rakesh Kirpalani have been recognised as Asia Super 50 TMT Lawyers by Asian Legal Business (ALB).

They were handpicked to appear in ALB’s inaugural list of 50 standout lawyers in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications space in Asia based on client feedback sent to ALB between May and June 2021. Chong Kin’s core expertise is in telecommunications, media and technology, having played a key role in liberalizing the telecoms and media markets in Singapore. He represents a Who’s Who list of the top technology clients on their business operations and commercial transactions in ASEAN.

Appointed as Chief Technology Officer of Drew & Napier at the age of 38, Rakesh leads the Dispute Resolution & Information Technology practice. He is engaged in appellate and trial advocacy at all levels of the Singapore Courts and arbitral institutions. He has been described as a ‘fantastic litigator’ in the realm of technology and intellectual property as he uses his extensive IT skills to simplify legal and technological issues for decision makers.
