Drew & Napier acted for Super Hi International Holding Limited in its Successful Dual Listing on Nasdaq

A Drew & Napier team, led by Director Wu Geng and comprising Senior Associate Joelle Fang, Associate Sarah Tan and Legal Executive Zhang Yueyun, acted as legal advisers on Singapore law to Super Hi International Holding Ltd. (“Super Hi”) in its dual listing on the Nasdaq Global Market (“Nasdaq”) on 17 May 2024, making it the initial company to list first in Hong Kong and then on the U.S. Nasdaq.

Following the successful listing on Nasdaq, Super Hi expressed its appreciation to the team for rendering their fullest support and racing against the clock, which made the listing process smooth and in line with the schedule. The team was also rated by external professional consultants as having “incredible execution ability”. 

Director Wu Geng and his team had also previously acted as the Singapore legal advisor for Haidilao International Holding Ltd. (“Haidilao International”) in its US$964 million global offering offering of 424,530,000 shares on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (“HKEX”) in 2018 and Super Hi’s listing by introduction on the Main Board of the HKEX in 2022, following its spin-off from Haidilao International.
