Co-Head of Real Estate and Corporate Real Estate Lau Sok Hiang invited to judge inaugural Real Estate Asia Awards 2021 by Charlton Media Group

Co-Head of Real Estate and Corporate Real Estate Lau Sok Hiang was invited to judge the inaugural Real Estate Asia Awards 2021 by Charlton Media Group. She sits amongst a panel of elite judges for the awards which recognise the most innovative real estate developments in the Asia Pacific that stand out in the market.

As a precursor to the upcoming awards ceremony in July 2021, Sok Hiang was interviewed to share her views about real estate during the COVID-19 pandemic. She also gave her insights about the challenges and opportunities in the real estate industry today; the changes in structuring transactions; real estate trends and its future in Asia and the world.

In the interview, Sok Hiang highlighted the firm’s dedicated COVID-19 Response Team who stands ready to support clients in Real Estate as well as any other areas of the law during the pandemic.
