Deputy Chief Executive Officer Sushil Nair recognised as a top practitioner in IFLR Asia Best Lawyers 2021 for 2 consecutive years

We are proud to share that our Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Sushil Nair is recognised as a top practitioner in IFLR Asia Best Lawyers 2021 for the second consecutive year.

IFLR Asia Best Lawyers recognises the most outstanding individual legal practitioners in the Asia-Pacific region who have received the highest and most consistent praise from peers and clients. IFLR’s shortlist of lawyers is based on over 2,000 submissions for the IFLR1000 2021/2022 rankings, analysis of deal data, and interviews with peers and clients over a five month period.

The recognition attests to Sushil’s capability as a market-leading lawyer. In IFLR1000’s 2022 rankings, Sushil was recognised as a Market Leader for Restructuring & Insolvency. Similarly, both Chambers and Legal 500 have identified Sushil as a top tier lawyer in the field of Restructuring & Insolvency for 14 and 8 consecutive years respectively in their 2021 rankings. He is also an Elite Practitioner for Restructuring & Insolvency in the 2022 edition of Asialaw Leading Lawyers.

In the latest 2021 edition of Chambers Asia-Pacific guide, interviewees praised Sushil for being "hard-working, smart, creative and responsive in tight time constraints," and he “consistently comes up with solutions to sticky situations."
