Drew & Napier bags 3 awards at The Asia Legal Awards 2024 15 Mar 2024 We are delighted to announce that Drew & Napier has been honoured with one individual and two firm awards at The Asia Legal Awards, held at The Fullerton Hotel in Singapore on 14 March 2024. Our CEO Cavinder Bull, SC received the prestigious title of Litigator of the Year in recognition of his profound expertise in Asian regulatory matters and his role in establishing new benchmarks in the legal sector. Earlier last year, Cavinder was recognised as the Southeast Asia Dispute Resolution Lawyer of the Year for the third year at the annual Asian Legal Business (ALB) SE Asia Law Awards. He was also identified as one of ALB Asia’s Top 15 Litigators in 2021, 2022 and 2023. His latest recognition as Litigator of the Year by The Asia Legal Awards continues to attest to his standing as a shining star in dispute resolution. The Asian Legal Awards also recognised the firm’s formidable prowess in disputes by naming us Litigation Firm of the Year. This accolade underscores the exceptional performance of our dispute resolution team, who has been acclaimed for their outstanding legal expertise, profound industry insight and remarkable contributions to the legal field. This award follows our recent win at the ALB SE Asia Law Awards where we were named Singapore Litigation Law Firm of the Year for the 17th time. In a similar vein, Pfizer's $31 billion bonds issuance deal secured a win for our firm at the awards. It was honoured as the Securities Deal of the Year in the debt category for its significant regional influence. Drew played a pivotal role in representing Pfizer Inc. and Pfizer Investment Enterprises Pte. Ltd. in executing one of the most substantial debt offerings in the United States. The deal was led by Directors Renu Menon and Ong Ken Loon, and related aspects of the deal were supported by Directors Benjamin Gaw, Pauline Chong, Jon Nair, Adam Maniam, Mohan Gopalan, and their teams.
