CEO Cavinder Bull, SC, wins Hall of Fame award from Benchmark Litigation

We are delighted to share that our CEO Cavinder Bull, SC won the Hall of Fame award at the 2022 Asia-Pacific Benchmark Litigation Awards. This attests to his distinguished standing and involvement in some of the most significant and impactful cases in the region. This award follows on the heels of Cavinder being named Dispute Resolution Lawyer of the Year at the Asian Legal Business (ALB) SE Asia Law Awards in 2020 and 2021.
The firm is also the winner for two matters in the Impact Case category and the runner-up for the Government and Regulatory Firm of the Year award.
We are also pleased to share that Drew Network Asia (DNA) pillar firm, Shearn Delamore & Co. from Malaysia is named Tax firm of the Year, runner up for Construction Firm of the Year and second-runner up for Firm of the Year – Malaysia.
The Benchmark Litigation Asia-Pacific Awards recognise the best dispute resolution firms and lawyers in the Asia-Pacific region. It is aimed to celebrate and recognise those firms, lawyers and cases that pushed boundaries, had wide social impacts and assisted in shaping jurisprudence. Winners were chosen after an exhaustive research process that analysed the most complex and innovative cases from across the region. The publication’s researchers looked into submissions and conducted extensive interviews with litigators, dispute resolution specialists and their clients.
