Drew & Napier rated top tier by Chambers Asia-Pacific 2012

Drew & Napier stands alone as the best Litigation and Telecommunications, Media & Technology (TMT) practices in the country based on the recently released Chambers Asia-Pacific 2012 rankings.

In the area of Litigation, Drew is the only Band 1-ranked firm for six consecutive years. This year, Drew has five ranked litigators, the most in Singapore. For the second year running, Davinder Singh, SC is the only litigator in the country to be awarded the accolade of "Star Individual". Alongside him are Jimmy Yim, SC, Indranee Rajah, SC, Hri Kumar, SC and Cavinder Bull, SC.

Clients and industry experts have told Chambers: "It is unarguable; they are far superior to any others and produce the best results in litigation and disputes."

Unmatched in Band 1 for five years running, Drew’s TMT practice maintains its lead over the competition. The group is led by Band 1-ranked Lim Chong Kin, who is praised by clients as, “an outstanding lawyer who is savvy, intelligent and quick, and possesses excellent business judgement,"

For the first time, Drew’s Arbitration practice was rated top-tier amongst Singapore firms. Three of our Senior Counsel were singled out as leading practitioners in the field of Arbitration – Davinder Singh, SC, Jimmy Yim, SC and Cavinder Bull, SC. Drew’s Projects & Energy practice has also been ranked in Band 1 for the first time. The group joins the firm’s other long-standing top-tier practices of Intellectual Propertyand Restructuring/Insolvency.

For the third consecutive year, Intellectual Property specialists Dedar Singh GillMorris John, and Tony Yeo are named leading practitioners. Three Restructuring/Insolvency lawyers, Sushil Nair,  Julian Kwek and Blossom Hing also join them as leading lawyers in their field.
