Corporate Affairs Manager |
| |
- Degree in Marketing, Law, Mass Communications or Business Administration
- 3 – 7 years relevant experience preferably in legal industry or professional services firms
- Strong command of English
- Media relations experience will be a distinct advantage
- Ability to lead, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage priorities, work under pressure and deliver projects under tight timelines
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications

(B) |
Human Resource Officer |
| |
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource / Business Administration or equivalent
- Preferably with 3 to 5 years of general HR experience with legal/professional services environment
- Knowledge of Employment Act. Exposure to Paymaster software will be an added advantage
- Able to handle stress and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Good written and spoken English
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to multi-task and handle a wide spectrum of HR generalist work
- A good team player, with good working attitude

Paralegal Officer |
| |
- Diploma in Paralegal or 3 years of relevant experience in legal industry
- Good in researching, drafting of standard court documents and case management
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- A good team player with good working attitude

(D) |
Legal Secretaries |
| |
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ levels or equivalent
- LCCI or Private Secretarial Certificate
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in legal sector would be an added advantage
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous and able to work long hours when required
- A good team player with good working attitude

Accounts Assistants |
| |
- LCCI Higher Accounting or equivalent qualification
- Fresh graduates may apply
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Excel
- Good command of written and spoken English and an ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- A team player who is analytical, independent, meticulous and resourceful

(F) |
Patent Clerks |
| |
- Min GCE 'O' levels with good credit in English or Diploma in any discipline
- Min 2 years' of clerical or administrative experience. Those with Patents experience would have an added advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- A good team player with positive working attitude is essential
- IT savvy, proficient in MS Office, with good typing speed
- Able to work long hours when required
