  • Associates with at least 2 to 3 years’ of experience
  • For this position, those with a Science degree and experience in Litigation, Trademark and/or Patent work will have an added advantage

(D) Head, Knowledge Management & Training

This is an outstanding opportunity for candidates who want a more flexible approach towards their career in law.

As Head of the Knowledge Management & Training Department of Drew & Napier LLC, you will oversee the development and implementation of the knowledge management and training functions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • developing and maintaining the firm’s precedent databases;
  • manage the firm’s library and online resources, including preparing budgets and working within budgets;
  • designing and organising internal training seminars;
  • writing and overseeing publication of the firm’s newsletters;
  • keeping abreast with developments in the law and preparing internal memos for dissemination; and
  • dealing with fee-earner enquiries relating to maintained information and new developments in the law.

The candidate should possess the following:

  • Bachelor of Laws, preferably from Singapore. Candidates with degrees from a Commonwealth jurisdiction will also be considered;
  • Minimum 5-6 years PQE, preferably with some litigation experience;
  • Excellent drafting and interpersonal skills;
  • Good organisational ability and the ability to communicate effectively with personnel of all levels.
