Drew & Napier LLC Voted Tops in Litigation and Arbitration

Drew & Napier was named Commercial Litigation Firm of the Year and International Arbitration Firm of the Year at the Asian Legal Business ("ALB") Southeast Asia Law Awards 2007 ceremony held on 29 June 2007.

This is the third consecutive year that we have been ranked as the top commercial litigation firm in Singapore.

It is also the first time that a Singapore law firm has been named the top international arbitration law firm here.

These accolades follow closely on the heels of top tier rankings consistently garnered by our Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice in other major surveys such as the Asia Pacific Legal 500 2006/2007, Chambers Global Guide to the World's Leading Lawyers 2007 and The Practical Law Company's "Which Lawyer?" Survey 2007.

Drew also picked up honours at the Awards for its role in the Southeast Asia M&A Deal of the Year (Temasek-Standard Chartered Bank) and the Singapore Insolvency & Restructuring Deal of the Year (Accord Customer Care Solutions).

The ALB Awards recognize outstanding legal work in Singapore and South East Asia, and is assessed  by a panel of independent judges. The judging criteria takes into consideration the size, degree of advanced legal techniques used, number of jurisdictions, practice areas, industries and parties involved, and the application of groundbreaking or original legal techniques and structures.
