- DREW & NAPIER LLC ADVISES RHB BANK BHD IN IPO PLACEMENT -
27 November 2007 - Drew & Napier LLC advised RHB Investment Bank and RHB Bank Berhad Singapore in respect of RHB Bank Berhad acting as Sub-Placement Agent of shares of Z-OBEE Holding Limited’s IPO and listing on the main board of Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited. The placement is of an amount of 32,000,000 shares worth some S$ 10.9 Million.
The Drew team was led by its Director (Capital Markets Practice) Mr Petrus Huang and a team of associates.
