Drew acts as legal counsel in the establishment and listing of Investment Beverage Business Fund

March 2009 – Drew & Napier LLC (“Drew & Napier”) acted as counsel to the establishment and listing of the Investment Beverage Business Fund (“Fund”) which was successfully listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (“SGX”) on Wed 31 December 2008. The total size of Fund is approximately €50 million at inception.

The Fund was established by a leading global private equity group in the beverage sector across Europe and Africa.

The Drew team was led by Mr Petrus Huang, Director, and team members include Ms Joanne Lee, Mr Ko Lingwei and Ms Felicia Koh.
