Drew & Napier LLC as counsel to Germanischer Lloyd in the acquisition of International Refinery Services Limited

30 March 2009 - Drew & Napier LLC ("Drew & Napier") acted as counsel to Germanischer Lloyd ("GL") in the acquisition of International Refinery Services Limited ("IRS"). The agreement was signed and the acquisition was announced 14 January 2009.

About GL

GL is an international inspection, certification and technical consultancy company as well as a ship classification society.
