January 2010 – Drew & Napier LLC (“Drew & Napier”) acted as counsel to Singapore Airlines Limited (“Singapore Airlines”) in the initial public offering (“IPO”) of shares in Tiger Airways Holdings Limited (“Tiger Airways”). The total size of the IPO (including over-allotment shares) is approximately Singapore dollars 277 million. Tiger Airways was successfully listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (“SGX-ST”) on Friday, 22 January 2010. Singapore Airlines is the largest shareholder of Tiger Airways.
