Feb 2010 – Drew & Napier LLC (“Drew & Napier”) acted as counsel to Sembcorp Marine Ltd (“Company”) in the update and upsize of its current multicurrency multi-issuer debt issuance programme (“Programme”) from S$500,000,000 to S$2,000,000,000 pursuant to which the Company, together with its subsidiaries Jurong Shipyard Pte Ltd, Sembawang Shipyard Pte Ltd and SMOE Pte Ltd (“SMOE”), with SMOE not being previously an Issuer under the Programme but has now been included as one (“Issuing Subsidiaries” and together with the Company, the “Issuers” and each, an “Issuer”), may from time to time issue notes (“Notes”), with the obligations of the Issuing Subsidiaries under the Notes to be unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by the Company. DBS Bank Ltd. and Standard Chartered Bank are joint arrangers and dealers of the Programme.
