- Drew & Napier Acted as Counsel to United Overseas Bank Limited Singapore
8 September 2008 – Drew & Napier LLC ("Drew & Napier") acted as counsel to United Overseas Bank Limited Singapore ("UOB") in a major restatement exercise in respect of UOB Australia Limited’s Multi-Currency Euro Certificates of Deposit Programme ("ECD Programme"). The restatement exercise involved the preparation of extension documentation to increase the ECD Programme limit from AUD 600 million to AUD 1.5 billion. The ECD Programme was guaranteed by UOB.
