DREW & NAPIER ADVISED IN QUALITAS MEDICAL GROUP'S INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERING
1 September 2008 – Drew & Napier LLC (“Drew & Napier”) acted as counsel to Qualitas Medical Group Ltd ("Qualitas") on its initial public offering (“IPO”) on the Catalist board of Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited ("SGX-ST").
Qualitas launched an initial public offering of 22 million new shares at 25 cents each. The IPO comprises 1.1 million public offer shares and 20.9 million placement shares. Trading commenced today on the Catalist board.
Established in 1997, the Qualitas is a primary healthcare services provider in Malaysia and other countries in the region which operates through their network of owned clinics, affiliate clinics, associate clinics and managed clinics. They have operations in Malaysia, India, Indonesia and Cambodia, and have plans to enlarge their presence in Malaysia, India and the region primarily through acquisitions, startups or through affiliate or associate relationships.
