Zennifa has been in practice since 1994. She started practice doing litigation work before moving to conveyancing practice. She joined Drew & Napier LLC in 2007 and is currently Director.

Areas of Practice

Zennifa’s area of practice is Conveyancing and Real Estate. She handles all types of conveyancing and real estate related matters including the following:

Refinancing, mortgage and redemption of secured loans.

Residential development projects comprising both condominiums and semi-detached houses.
An executive condominium project for a major local property developer.
A mixed development project for a public listed real estate developer.

Representing Banks and financial institutions in the mortgage and charge of real estate, the drafting and review of security documentation related to the loan facilities.
Representing Banks in the mortgagee sale of real estate, drafting and review of terms for auction and/or tender.
Acting in the sale and leaseback transactions of properties to Real Estate Investment Trusts which are listed on the mainboard of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Ltd.
Representing corporations in their acquisition of commercial properties, including the drafting of documents related to the transaction.
Representing individual clients in the sale and purchase of private residential properties, whether licensed or unlicensed real estate projects.
Representing both purchaser/sellers of JTC properties.
Representing statutory boards and handling the drafting and review of documentation related to the leases of industrial and commercial properties of such statutory boards.
Acting for both landlord and tenant in their lease of residential and commercial properties, including advising multinational corporations on their lease of commercial properties for its business premises as well as residential premises for employees.
Acting for clients in the transfer of properties pursuant to court orders for division of matrimonial assets pursuant to matrimonial proceedings, including the consequential restructuring of loan facilities secured by such matrimonial assets .
Advising and representing the Central Provident Fund Board in the withdrawal of CPF monies by members and ensuring compliance for such withdrawal.
