• Represented a substantial company and its directors in a very substantial claim involving allegations of conspiracy which spanned several jurisdictions, fraud and breach of trust.
• Represented a substantial utilities company in a dispute involving allegations of that a contract had been frustrated.
• Represented a utilities company in a dispute involving a gas explosion.
• Represented a contractor in a dispute where the contractor successfully recovered payment for works done in relation to the Pan Island Expressway.
• Represented a contractor in a dispute in defending a claim for payment of works done in relation to the North-East Line of the Mass Rapid Transport system in Singapore.
• Applications concerning interim and pre-emptive relief before the Singapore courts, including applications for Mareva injunctions to restrain the disposal of assets pending trial, Anton Pillar orders for the preservation of evidence pending trial, interim injunctions to preserve the status quo pending trial.
