Ralph has more than 12 years of experience in representing and advising clients on various aspects of corporate and commercial law. He was a founding director of Yeo Wee Kiong Law Corporation, a boutique firm specialising in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions, which was absorbed by Drew & Napier in 2007.

Main Areas of Practice

Ralph specialises in corporate finance and capital markets including mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, rights issues, placements and other equity fund raising exercises, as well as advises public and private companies on general corporate and compliance issues. In addition, Ralph’s practice includes advising on the formation of private equity and venture capital funds as well as on investments by such funds.
