Pauline’s main areas of practice are banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate commercial matters.

Experience

Pauline’s work experience includes:

• A wide range of local and cross-border loan and financing transactions including bilateral and syndicated loan facilities to borrowers from the ASEAN countries, the Asia Pacific region and Europe, financing of infrastructure projects including power plant and highway construction projects, ship financing, loan restructurings and reschedulings.
• Advising banks in sales and purchases of distressed debts.
• Reviewing and preparing standard form banking documentation for use by major international Japanese, Korean, American and European banks and conducting legal audit for banks on their banking transactions.
• Advising on regulatory aspects of the banking industry.
• Mergers and acquisitions involving local and foreign companies.
• Joint ventures, shareholder agreements and other general corporate and commercial agreements.
