About Jen Jen
Jen Jen is a Director in Drew & Napier LLC’s Corporate and Finance Practice Group. She is conversant in both English and Mandarin.
Jen Jen graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and was awarded the book prize (second) for “Law of Securities & Secured Transactions”.
Areas of Practice
Jen Jen’s main areas of practice are corporate finance and capital markets (including initial public offerings, reverse takeovers, mergers and acquisitions, placements and other equity fund raising exercises).
