About Hsiu Lien
Hsiu Lien is a Director in Drew & Napier LLC’s Dispute Resolution Department.
Following admission to the Singapore Bar in 1994, Hsiu Lien joined a leading local law firm, where she practised in the area of banking and general commercial litigation and advised on disputes involving companies under judicial management and liquidation. She joined the legal department of a leading telecommunications company in 1997 before assuming the role of Corporate Director, Legal at a major hospitality company in December 2001. In the course of her corporate career, Hsiu Lien acquired extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, info-communications law and practice (regulatory and transactional) and hotel business acquisitions, operating leases and management projects. She was also involved in a broad spectrum of corporate transactions, including project financing and sale and leaseback transactions.
