About Eliany

Eliany graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2002. Prior to joining Drew & Napier LLC in 2007, her practice involved diverse areas of law including corporate real estate and civil litigation. She was made Associate Director in 2009 and is conversant in both English and Malay.

Areas of Practice

Eliany’s main area of practice is Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate, Corporate Finance and Banking.

Experience

Eliany has advised various banks, multi-national companies, public and private companies and statutory bodies in various matters on corporate, commercial and finance work including: -

  • Acting as Singapore counsel in connection with the acquisition financing for the takeovers of Amtek Engineering Ltd and Straits Trading Co. Ltd.
  • Acting for various banks both foreign and local, in various financing transactions including grant of various credit facilities to amongst others, multi-national companies and real estate development groups and structured trade financing and project financing.
  • Mergers and acquisitions of listed and private businesses in Singapore and other countries in Asia.
