At Drew & Napier, we are committed to delivering the highest calibre professional service to clients characterised by technical excellence, efficiency, responsiveness and effectiveness.

Through our Knowledge Management and Training Department, the collective experience and skills of the company are harnessed, preserved and shared. Led by experienced lawyers, this department works with the practitioners to serve our clients’ needs and to remain at the forefront of best practices.

Knowledge Management
In this role, the department is responsible for developing, updating and maintaining Drew and Napier’s know-how resources, such as our information databases and central library, as well as managing our on-line legal resources. Precedents, standard documents, practice notes and new materials for our practitioners are also drafted, updated and regularly reviewed by the team. The department also assists in monitoring current developments in law and practice and prepares and coordinates regular publications, updates and seminars to brief practitioners and clients alike on legal topics and new developments of interest.

Training
Drew & Napier places a strong emphasis on sharing our collective knowledge and expertise both internally and with clients. The department designs and delivers a comprehensive training and professional development programme comprising lectures and courses, update sessions and seminars. The training content for the practitioners is focused on the requirements of a leading and cutting-edge practice and tailored to the lawyers’ needs and expertise. Topics range from foundation legal skills training courses for newly qualified lawyers to specialized training solutions to support targeted practice area needs. External speakers are, from time to time, invited to talk about specific topics of interest.
