Your personal particulars, including nationality, date of birth, NRIC/FIN No, mailing address, email address and contact numbers. Please also provide the following details:

• Academic performance at 'O' Levels, 'A' Levels and Tertiary level (with breakdown of results for each subject)
• Awards/Prizes/Scholarships and Extra-curricular activities
• Final-Year LLB subject options
• A recent passport size photograph
• Any other information which may be of interest

Shortlisted applicants will be invited for an interview with our selection panel.
