The Personal Data Protection Commission (“PDPC”) has issued the following public consultations in relation to the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”):
(a) proposed regulations under the PDPA;
(b) proposed advisory guidelines on key concepts in the PDPA; and
(c) proposed advisory guidelines on selected topics.
The closing date for each of these consultations is 19 March 2013.
