Cecelia Girvin and Senior Associate Gabriel Ong comment on Singapore's GI Bill

Drew & Napier's Intellectual Property lawyers, Cecelia Girvin and Senior Associate Gabriel Ong shed light on Singapore's Geographical Indications (GI) Bill in a report by Asia IP (May/ June 2014 issue).

The GI Bill, passed in Parliament on 14 April 2014, aims to strengthen the GI regime by establishing a Registry of Geographical Indications; enhance the protection of GIs in Singapore; and provide improved border enforcement measures for GI.
