Drew launches SME guide to the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2012

Drew & Napier Director Charmian Aw has written a user-friendly guide about Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act, specifically for small and medium enterprises (SMEs).

The guide aims to help SME businesses understand the requirements of the Act better, as well as how to comply with it. Some areas include dealing with clients’ and employees’ personal data, third party obligations, etc.

It is available in both English and Chinese.
