Head, Knowledgement Management & Training(KM) and Litigation Support

Responsibilities:

Your principal duties will include:

  • Supervising and working with the other members of the KM department
  • Working with the relevant Dispute Resolution teams and Corporate practice teams in the M&A, Banking, Capital Markets and Funds practice areas to develop and manage precedents and legal information databases
  • Coordinating and disseminating current legal information through regular internal newsletters/ updates and seminars
  • Drafting client updates on legal developments and current legal information
  • Organising, conducting  and  facilitating training seminars for the firm’s lawyers, paralegals and secretaries
  • Overseeing and developing the firm’s external and internal continuing legal education (CLE) program and initiatives
  • Overseeing and managing the firm’s Library services and resources
  • Overseeing the day-to-day administration and operations of, as well as conducting regular training sessions for, the Litigation Support Team
  • Conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing court and other legal documents / agreements
  • Responding to queries from litigation teams on procedural law
  • Any other matters/projects that the management may require assistance with from time to time

Requirements:

  • Senior Level (>7 years’ PQE) 
    - The PQE level is only a guide to the minimum level of experience required.  We are happy to consider applications  from any candidates who are able to demonstrate the skills and qualities necessary to fulfill the role.
  • A good academic record, demonstrable technical and communications skills and solid corporate / commercial experience gained from working in a law firm or in-house
